How do I?

Register as a patient

Patients are required to register with a specific GP. This is so we can offer a familiar service to all when possible. You may register with the surgery if you live within the catchment area of the surgery. To register drop into the surgery and complete registration forms.

Make an appointment

If you require an urgent appointment we do ask if you could ring at 8am when we open to guarantee you get an appointment. The receptionists will arrange this for you, however it may not always be with your chosen doctor. You can also book an appointment through the patient access area of this site.

Repeat prescriptions

Please use the request slip from your previous prescription. If you wish you may send a stamped addressed envelope. Please allow three working days to process including consultant outpatient prescriptions NHS or privately.

Obtain results

Please telephone after 11:00am, five working days after your blood test and two weeks after x-rays and scans. If you are seeing the doctor for a follow up check with the receptionist that your results have arrived. Smear test results will be sent via post. If you have not received the results within seven weeks please contact the practice.
